We carefully source pet products from around the world, selecting items that we would happily use with our own pets. Whether you're shopping for a playful pup, a curious cat, or a thoroughly pampered fur baby, we're always on the lookout for products that make life better for both pets and their humans.

Our goal is simple: to bring you the latest and best in pet care and deliver it to pet lovers almost anywhere in the world.

Of course, no pet store would be complete without introducing the pets who inspire it all.

First, there's Ellie the cat—named Ellie because she was found in an alley. We couldn't resist. Ellie is incredibly affectionate and loves curling up on laps for long afternoon naps. Whenever visitors arrive, she's the first to greet them, proudly jumping onto the table to make her presence known before soaking up all the pats and attention. She's a beautiful domestic tabby with a tiny orange patch and a distinctive black "M" on her forehead. Perhaps we should have given her an M name after all, but at 15 years young and still going strong, Ellie suits her perfectly.

Then there's Muffin. True to her name, she's sweet, adorable, and a little on the round side. When she settles into a loaf, her paws disappear completely and only the tiniest hint of her legs remains visible. This gorgeous grey tabby is much shyer than Ellie, preferring a quiet spot and a gentle approach. Once she trusts you, though, she's impossible not to love.

And finally, we have Lily, our beautiful Kelpie and the inspiration behind Lily Lulu Paws. Lily loves people, enjoys endless pats, and has the cutest run you've ever seen. When you call her, her front legs seem to make little circles as she races towards you. She's mostly an indoor dog and loves being close to her humans—even sleeping in our bedrooms at night. Spoilt? Absolutely, and proudly so.

The name Lily Lulu Paws comes from the affectionate nickname my dearly loved mother gave her. Choosing this name was not only a tribute to Lily but also a heartfelt way to honour a wonderful woman, a loving mother, and someone who meant the world to us.
